The sat nav in the VX is playing up. It only happens occasionally.
The stereo stops working and and the screen displays a message that it is making a call.
Nobody is making a call and the only way to reset the phone / stereo is to turn off all phones that have a pairing with the sat nav or turn the car off.
I am not sure if it's an iPhone thing or a problem with the sat nav.
Has anybody else seen this fault?
By the way, I bought a $200 Pioneer head unit for my ute. It has hands free phone/ audio streaming Bluetooth etc that is supremely more useable, smarter louder, easier and better than the over priced over rated excuse that Toyota gives you. It is not much better than the old one in my 120 Grande. Why is it that they continue to get it wrong?
