2014 AUX Cable input

Hey guys we just got our new prado and I have tried hooking my Samsung s5 up to the car and it doesn't come up on the screen. I have tried different cables but none work. I have plugged my wife's iphone into it and it works fine. Does anyone know if there's something in particular I need to do.

Can it connect via Bluetooth? I just found this online but I think that it's only for Bluetooth

Yeah its connecting up to bluetooth but not aux port
