Could anyone give me a quick heads up on what size Optima will best fit in the Aux tray of our 150 series V6 Prado ?? - Currently has a Century MarinePro 620 that has shat itself after 4 months and a trip to the Cape...I believe the blue top is the best for Aux (running a fridge and led strip) ??

You should use the warranty.
I have supplied tonnes of marine pro batteries for dual batt purposes & never had a warranty.
If you want to pay double the optima's are a top battery! But, I have had 1 warranty & don't sell near as many.
Yellow 34/78 is compact & will do the job, while keeping weight to the minimum.

regarding Optimas we use them at work to power small walkie stackers and am lucky to get 12 months out of them.
They are really sensitive to charging voltage and their literature states they need a minimum of 13.8 to 15 volts to achieve full charge. we charge them with a 5 stage charger but to get maximum life Ive taken to removing them and charging them with a old scool Vane 30 amp 15 v charger every few months.
The normal blue top is a starting battery onlyand has a dark grey case and shouldnt be used for deep cycle applications. the blue top marine duel purpose is a combined start and deep cycle and has a light grey case. just make sure you get the right one.
The red top is a starter only.
The yellow top is a deep cycle , heavy load unit.
Just make sure your charging voltage is high enough, may be the reason the marine pro failed. I use one of those in my 120 ( normal redarc relay ) and I have to manually charge every few weeks to keep battery at max charge.
I think optimas have dropped off in quallity since they moved manufacturing to mexico. Also make sure you are getting a "fresh battery" . Some of the ones I got last year were 6 months old "new" from supplier.

Then how has my yellow too lasted 18 months then on an alternator. Still goes to 100% on a 5 stage and powers my fridge for nearly a week. I must be lucky.Originally posted by sparksy View Postregarding Optimas we use them at work to power small walkie stackers and am lucky to get 12 months out of them.

All I was saying was Optimas need a full 13.8v+ to reach full charge. Your 150 must be doing that. You might have been lucky and got one made in US before optima were bought out by Johnson.
I can only go by what Ive seen over the last 5 years of using them. I only keep using them because they are only battery of that capacity that will fit in the position. If they are looked after they work well but they are only rated (D34) at about 55Ahr compared to the MarinePro 620 at 75Ahr .
Where they work well is that they will recover from being deeply discharged (down to 11v ) and survive.
Do a google search and you will see their reputation isnt what it was.
