Where did you end up mounting the UHF unit?

I put mine like this:
I tapped into the IGN wire for the stereo using the wiring harness I bought to install the Alpine.

I hooked mine up to the constant power feed off the back of the stereo. The reason i did this is because you then need the ignition on keys in etc to use the cb. such a pain if you want the car off etc but still want to use the CB. But each to there own again.
