Electric Windows playing up after alternator fail

The drivers door electric window hasn't worked properly since the alt failed 2 weeks ago.
Battery has been removed, charged and replaced twice and vehicle has been jump stared twice as well.
The window does this.
When full closed:
- Auto to 'open', nothing moves.
- Light touch to 'open', moves 3 mm down only.
- light touch 'close', nothing moves.
- Auto to 'close', opens window half way only.
When open (halfway only):
- Auto to 'open', nothing moves.
- light touch to open, nothing moves.
- light touch to close, acts normally and closes in small increments.
- auto to close, closes all the way then opens halfway again.

In summary. To open the window I press AUTO CLOSE. To close the window I repeatedly LIGHT TOUCH.

Can you help get rid of my window gremlin?
