Sat nav screen frozen

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had a fix for resetting the satnav screen on a 2015 prado GXL?

I have noticed since yesterday that the entire display freezes and then resets while driving. This morning i got into the car and everything loads up except for the sat nav screen. I try and select 'navigation' in the apps menu and it doesnt respond. I go back to the home screen and it still is black with i assume is a loading bar down the bottom that is about 3/4 full.

I then switched off the car once at work and turned it back on and again the same thing???

If its a loading issue of the GPS software, your probably best to take it back to Toyota.

Has it happened after any particular heavy knocks of the car out 4x4ing?
Does the 2015 model use a disk for its memory or is it SSD?

Nope haven't been 4wding.. Just noticed it freezing a lot more when I had been changing songs through Bluetooth. First time the sat Nav hasn't loaded now though.

It uses an micro sd card
