High Level Brake Light Bulbs

Guys,

Sorry if this has been asked, but I could not find an answer via the search.

I was following my own Prado yesterday and noticed that two of the high level rear brake light bulbs were out ..... how do you get to them and are the bulbs themselves replaceable or is it an entire unit?

If bulbs, what type and are LEDs an option?

I think it would be the spoiler - its the overhang on the top of the rear window where the rear window wiper hides underneath ....
