Hi as per title of this thread. Can anyone please give me more infomation on this trailer control module. Is it working or how can i check its working. There is red and black cable not connected to anything. Am i missing something for this module to make it working. Sorry for questions tried to find on internet no help. Cheers SK

I'm pretty sure my one has the red/black wire not connected as well.

To test it you need to check the voltages at the trailer socket - this box takes the signals from the brakes/blinkers/tail lights and supplies the trailer socket. It means if you have dodgy trailer wiring you don't blow up the main car electrics (perhaps just that box or probably nothing since the box is designed to handle abuse)
