Radio fault in prado MY14

Just wondering if anyone else has a fault with the radio/reverse camera screen.

Its like it tries to reboot blue screen with loading then goes black and does this over and over. No radio and no reverse camera just this reloading screen.

I spoke to Toyota regarding it and they said they will put a request to Toyota for a "GOODWILL" repair as the cars warranty ran out in February, however i have extended warranty from servicing but its not covered they said.

Has anyone had this replaced by "goodwill" of toyota ???

It is a known issue and Toyota have been replacing them.

yeah just heard from Toyota and they are replacing it via a goodwill repair

The unit in my 2014 GX is doing the same thing. Sunshine Toyota in Sippy Downs ( Qld Sunshine Coast) were most unhelpful :- 'You will have to pay $143/hr for us to look at it, to find out if it needs reprogramming or replacing.'
