if you run straight to 2nd battery you will constant power with out acc being on

Anyone installed this in place of the 2nd row 12v outlet? I reckon the kids would get more use out of a dual USB outlet on trips.

I would like to do that, but in the interim I used a dual USB-ciggie socket adaptor and fed the cables under the floor mat and seats where it then pops out on the middle seat for the kids to use.
