Turning off bluetooth handsfree

Hi all,
I’ve got a 2014 VX. It’s possible to turn off the handsfree part of connecting an iPhone and just use the music bit. Trouble is, every time the car is turned off and restarted, it pairs the phone both in the audio function and the handsfree phone function. It’s a pain in the butt because the handsfree phone volume is useless and doesn’t seem to be able to be increased. It’s easier to not have the phone connect:
I can’t see any way of permanently switching off the handsfree function without also turning off the audio function as well - that is forgetting the phone altogether:
Does anyone know of a way that this can be done?
Perhaps it’s one of those dealer only controlled functions?

Try this
On phone go to settings Bluetooth
on open go to setings Hands Free and unpair, leaving audio function on

Thanks Pedro, iPhone seems to be all or nothing. On the headunit, I can control contacts but can’t turn the phone function off unless I do it every time I start the car and before I take off - it won’t allow me to do it on the move if I forget.

OK that way works on Android.
Maybe this link has some info particularly
Unpair a Bluetooth device


Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap next to the name of the device, then tap Forget This Device.
If you don’t see the Devices list, make sure Bluetooth is on.

Thanks Pedro, looks like the only way is call by call on the phone itself. In practice, if music is playing and a call comes in, it defaults automatically to the car so we’d have to be quick to get to the phone audio function and divert it back to the phone before the call drops out. Could have been so simple if the handsfree function gave the user default choices.
