I Can't remove this?

Hi, i need to replace this bulb but i'm not sure whether you need to just change the bulb or the whole plastic assembly.
I can't seem to remove the bulb itself and i dont want to wreck anything, any info would be appreciated. It's a side? light, 2013 series, just twists out.

We might need some help in understanding where/what you're actually referring to. I can't visualise any of the surrounding stuff in your photo. Perhaps a photo of the offending light as it appears on the (outside of the?) vehicle.
