Hi All,
The DVD player in my 2009 Kakadu (KDJ150) has bit the dust and needs replacing. Looking at the part itself it appears to be a DVS-8010V.
It does not seem to be readily available as a spare except from AliExpress. Does anyone have any ideas on where I might source a replacement more easily?
Also, does anyone know if these units are locked to a specific DVD region? (i.e. is it possible that I could end up with a model that will only load maps from India - or similar)
Note: I'm currently in the UK with my Prado, which I shipped out here.
