AC not turning off

Hi all,
As the title says, this afternoon came back from work and AC off button has stopped working. All other buttons on the panel are working, but the 'OFF' button is not working. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions? 2014 GXL is the model.

thought I would contribute to this to minimise someone else’s time and stress tying to figure out…Is the centre console cooler switched on? Check the button visible when armrest open - overrides the main AC on/off - had me foxed for a while!
