GDJ150 Communication problem with ECU U0100

Hi guys, I need your help. I have a 2021 Prado VX. I was inspecting the turbo's variable geometry connector. It seems I've shorted out, and the car is completely dead. Code U0100. I checked all the engine and cabin fuses, and they're all fine.
