    Can ane one advise. Is it ok to get a Earth from the towbar for a Anderson plug? Or should it run from the battery. Also will 2 pieces of 6 bs fit in the door sills.

    Strongly recommend you get your -ve from the same location as your +ve. As for cable size someone else will answer that for you. I once found a post or site that gave cross sectional area conversions from the size you have quoted above. I used 16mm2 DC cable for mine. I don't know what that equates to in bs.

      Best to run a new negative/.earth return as the existign chassis earth from you battery is really only designed for a particular load and when you start increasing that you will potentially run into issues. While you are running your positive run a negative as well. Not much more effort and only a little cost really.
