    Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

    Im frustrated that I cant find sufficient information on the 2014 (Facelift) Diesel.
    DOES THIS CAR HAVE A DPF OR NOT ??

    I asked for a suitable oil specifically for my prado over the counter at TOYOTA,
    I was given an oil that stated it was NOT suitable for Diesel motors fitted with a DPF.

    Can someone please tell me with a "Yes it has" or "No it hasn't" answer??

    DOES THE 2014 GLX 3.0 TURBO DIESEL MANUAL PRADO HAVE A DPF??

      I use this in my 2010 D4D, it ticks all the boxes even if you did have the DPF filter, which I don't believe the 2014 does, although I've been told off for suggesting it doesn't before....

          I thought DPFs where for Pajeros, designed to make them break down more often.

            DPFs are coming..... But not here yet.

              Many of the other SUV's have them already. Mazda, Merc, Subaru etc.
