Engine surging

I have a 2013 d4d, after waiting at the traffic lights for a few minuets I take off slowly and the engine surges like its short of fuel. Lasts about 4 seconds and drives normal again. All the filters are new. It doesn't do this all the time just when it :feels: like it... once or twice a week, any ideas ????

Could be a Scv problem, although less likely in later models, how many Klm's?
Try cleaning the map filter & maf sensor first.
