Can anyone confirm the code they are using on the Scan Gauge II to force a burn?
Ive tried 3029060101 in the commands section of the SG with no luck...
Any thoughts?

Spoke to a guy at Toyota today about any fixes pending for the Dpf and besides talkin* about the recent software update there wasn’t much on the horizon, he did confirm the manual burn button but was not able to confirm when... talked about the ceasing the replacement of DPFs and he advised that it was to sidestep the ACCC LEMON LAW whereby if they replace the same item 4-6 times with out fixing the problem you can force a vehicle buy back via consumer law.... showed me a folder of all these vehicles that are on a call list for forced regen when the clean solution arrived from Germany..apparently they’ve run out.
did mention also that Australia is the only location where the Dpf is an issue in their vehicles and there’s a question over whether the software metrics are designed adequately for Australian climate and fuel blends? Blind harry can see the algorithm the Japanese have made doesn’t suit Australian conditions... as to the fuel who knows would have thought fuel was fuel and that it was made to a certain formulaLast edited by Pradosaur; 07-07-2018, 12:24 PM.2018 VX Prado

Wow you did well to get anyone at Toyota to admit that there even is a problem let alone confirm that they have stopped replacing the DPF because of consumer law. What an appalling state of affairs!
As I have mentioned before I am in the UK at present and despite much asking around and searching I have been unable to find anyone with similar problems here, this does seem odd to say the least so what can the reason be? You would think that a colder ambient temperature would make the burn temperature less and the issue would be the other way around but obviously not so.

I have also been using this car scanner app for iPhone. The differential pressure and the DPF percent work fine. It initiates the burn at Idle at 100% at around 900 rpm and takes about 10 minutes. The DPF goes from 6% to around 60% in 200 km. It would also seem that there is passive regeneration occurring at 100 km an hour with higher temperatures and DPF % reducing say from 94 tp 80%.
I am interested in trying to get the main tank and sub tank quantities working. Lead wings do you have any success with the tank readings PID.? If you have any success success that would be great to hear.
