    Hi

Did Toyota sort out the seat vibration out? I had mine in for the 1000km service today and thought I would list the seat as a fault (mine also shakes at times) and they have opened a case with the Toyota technical dept as they could replicate the fault- It will take a few days to get a reply. Also do you get a faint sucking/vacuum sound when you press the brake pedal?

I also got them to link my windows to the remote so I can open and close them with the remote which is cool!

    thanks
My 120 does this. Doesn't bother me.

        Schniff,

I had a drama with the paint work when I picked up my brand new GXL back in 2008 (wow, times gone very quick! ).

The day I picked it up there had been a light shower, and when they gave it the handover exterior wash they obviously didn't hose the dirt off first. Looked like they had chamoised it down with a chainsaw! They did the same thing, cut and polish and 180 litres of diesel in the tanks the following day. There were a few scratches still left over, but I'm not overly concerned now that I have a few km's on it now and put some of my own much better scratches on it. Was pretty ticked off on the day though.

I'm curious as is TP about which dealer. I hope you didn't get it from the same on as me. The dealer I picked it up through has a great view of Parafield Airport. Hope you got yours elsewhere and good luck....

        Cheers,
        AJ

I havent taken it in yet - done 860km so far.

I get that sound too when applying the brake - its another thing that is starting to get on my nerves. I was thinking maybe the pedal linkage needs some wd40 or something? I havent looked too far into it as I am busy adapting my drawers to the rear of the vehicle. I've taken those 3rd row electric seats out and they are freakin heavy!! I reckon I've probably gained 60kg of payload - would measure them but my scales battery went dead.

Oh, and when I took those seats out I found a SCREWDRIVER under the trim. They must have complete 'tards working at that service department.
