I'm getting around 12L/100km mixed. At 110 I get between 10.5-11.2. Seems a bit too much?? On my 150 I have an ARB steel bar and ARB roof racks, would that affect it that much?? I also run Cooper at3's at 35 PSI (cold) usually

Pretty much as you've added weight and extra drag, the same happened to me after adding my bar, roof rack and rack ladder although up until yesterday I was still running Grandtrek AT20's at 32 psi and I have upgraded to BFG AT's so I'll see how much of a change it will make.
cheers.Fitted so far:-Toyota Alloy bar,Redarc BDCD1220 battery managment system and dual power outlet, tracklander full length rack and ladder,Milford cargo barrier,Kaon transmission guard, UVP& Lower Shock mount Guards,Dobinson/Bilstein suspension,Toyota Bonnet and headlight guards,39ltr engel and an opposite lock stubby holder (from the old '80' series),Polyair Airbags,Pradopoint sticker,Gonefishin' custom Sidesteps.

Prado 2014 Altitude
Stock car with 9000km. Did 6hrs of Hwy driving from Dandenong Vic to Merimbula NSW. No roof racks, no boat, full load in rear and full tank. Avg 7.6 at best (first 4hrs, then from Cann River to Merimbula I ended up with 7.9lt per 100km (40lt for 550km)
New info - drive back from merimbula to Dandenong same load as above. The whole trip was 8/100.
Did the same run, but with roof racks and Large Pod, Boat & Trailer (700kg) Full boot and everywhere else with full tank. from memory it was 9.7 at best then at the end it was 10lt per 100km.
I do this trip at leat 4 times a year for the past 20years so have a good understanding of the roads
Driving to work and back 25km one way in HWY traffic for 1hr I get on Avg 8.5 and the worst was 9/100km week in week outPrado MY14 150 Series Altitude - Rhino Pioneer rack with backbone system, Tint, Fuel Manager Pre-Filter Fuel/Water Separator, Mann Provent 200 oil catch can, Toyota 2.5T Tow Bar, Scangauge2, TJM T3 winch bar, Narva HID 225, Polyair Air bags, 2" lift (Bilstein & Kings), Uniden 7700 with GME AE4018BK3, 32" LED Light bar, 2mt Awning, 1100mm Treds with mount plates

We get around 14—16s towing a big camper with boards on the roof at around 100km/handling.
I find that anything that affects aerodynamics has the biggest effect.

150 shorty fuel consumption
I have the 150 shorty diesel for last couple of months. mainly commuting to work in city plus bit of weekend jobs around shopping.
After about 1200 kms of driving I am getting average 7.9 to 8.1 l/100, which appears good given the size of engine and the vehicle. I don't carry much extras so its light and also most of the driving is commuting to work in city.
I have a smooth driving habit keeping Eco light most of the time except while starting / overtaking.
I was looking at ways to improve this number and don't think there is any way. if you guys suggest something, I am happy to give it a go and try few things and give some feed back here.
