I don't take any notice of the car's computed economy, I just work from fill to fill litres against distance travelled.
Still need a good odometer for any figures but it's a pretty economical 4X.
The 6-speeds would be even better, mine's a 5-speed.

For comparison I have a 2016 GX auto which is kitted out almost the same as yours right down to the K02's (standard size).

Being a lease vehicle I know that my consumption to date (70,000km) is 10.9L/100. Good mix of easy commute/touring/and hard off road. I'm not a leadfoot around town but I'm not driving miss daisy either.

I have hit 15L/100 but that was heavily loaded in sand
