Hi Everyone,
After initially checking the forum (apologies if not done accurately), I would like people's assistance on the torque settings when changing the water pump. Just confirming that my car is a diesel 2013 GX pre-face lift. Mechanics from a Toyota dealership informed me as part of the 160000KMs service that the water pump is slightly leaking and it needs changing. I got a quote for over $800, ouch, 4 hours labour. Having checked the information at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fm_eJgDYSZI I think I will give it a crack myself. I am a fairly handy person, not a specialist mechanic by any stretch of imagination. Does anyone have any specific information on the various torque settings that I need to be aware of? Thank you for your advice in advance
