I am asking about my Prado 2021 cruise control connection (in the ECM)

My car is Prado 2021 Diesel (1GDFTV) 4cylinder
ECM part no. 89666-60G50

It is not clear to me what you are asking. Very few forum members would know any part numbers, let alone where the ECMs are located.

From the little I know about the CAN structure in the Prado 150, I think there would be two ECMs involved: the Body Control Module monitoring the steering wheel switch inputs and display lights; and the Engine/Gearbox Control Module monitoring and controlling the vehicle's speed (but I'm not sure of this).
