I think that I had read in this forum that Toyota had included some scheduled servicing of the DPF injector at the 50,000 km service for the newer 2020/2021 2.8L engines. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks.
My search in the forum did not find the post where I thought that I had seen that.
My 2019 Prado is due for its 50k km service and the service book contains no mention of a DPF injector service, nor any injector servicing anytime. Interesting???
I thought that I would ask the Service Dept about the matter when making contact to book my service.
My DPF has not experienced any problems and I am wanting to keep it that way. The car does minimal suburban or commuter driving. Mostly highways, greater that an hour running.
