Small Leak on this disk bit (Photo)

Hello Prado Owners, I am trying to figure out what this bit is, and since its leaking underneath replace it.

I had someone tell me about replacing it when I explained I had sluggish gear changes, (staying in lower gear far too long) I was told this is the culprit.

I guess its a two pronged question, the Prado 2011 has become quite sluggish when putting your foot down, and the gear changes are taking too long.

Secondly, whats this bit and can i order it and replace it with these hoses, and if its even worth fiddling about with.

It is the MAP sensor filter it can be cleaned or much easier to just replace.

Toyota Part No 90917-11044 or 90917-11036 around $40

Yes it can cause various problems with performance and fuel economy if blocked or cracked.

There is lots of info on here or online on issues it causes and replacement.
