Valve Clearances for 1KD-FTV 3.0 L - Hard to get these specs - must be secret Toyota business????

Hi all. Well its reached the time in the service manual for the valve clearances need to be checked. I have done this many times on petrol engines so I hope there are no nasty surprises waiting for me with the diesel. Anyway, can someone advise what are the clearances for the above engine. I ask as all my online searches have failed up to now. Thanks.

From the 1KD workshop manual

Standard Valve Clearance (Cold)

Intake 0.2 to 0.3 mm (0.00787 to 0.0118 in.)
Exhaust 0.35 to 0.45 mm (0.0138 to 0.0177 in.)

If they are out you need to remove the camshafts and replace the lifter with a corrected size, so hope they are all good....
