The Prado's are marketed under Lexus GX in the USA, so looking at the 'compatibility' chart, the 2010 Lexus GX460 is not compatible.

    Bugger huh?

      It isn't compatible because the GX460 uses the 4.6L 1UR-FSE V8

Doesn't the Ebay add mention it's compatible to the 2007 - 2009 FJ 4.0 Petrol motor? Wouldn't this be the same as the 150?

The 2007-2009 FJ motor is the same as the 120 series, the 2010+ FJ motor is the same as the 150 series (petrol motor of course)
The update was to a dual VVTI as I'm sure you're aware.

The TRD supercharger in the link is designed for the older petrol motor, not the current 200+kw petrol motor. I'd expect TRD will come out with an updated version soon that fits the 2010+ FJ / 150 Series, but until then I belive that 'Bullet' do one that suits.
