    Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    Picked up the new car today, already have found I am missing a few tools from the tool set in the rear door (chasing this up ASAP)... However I have another question....

    Next to the tool kit on the rear door there is another large storage area with two straps, nothing is in there....looks like it is for a fire extinguisher, should anything be in there when new?

    all is fine, that is how they come, missing a few tools and with a few empty compartments. no jokes.

        I believe you get different tools based on the petrol or the D4D which is why some may appear to be missing.

          The larger storage area with straps is for a warning triangle and reflective jacket - required in some EU countries.... or anything else you want to stick in it. As has been said ..... you only get a few tools ... mine was missing the screwdriver and the portable 'ashtray' though for the centre console (used car though) .... salesman just took them out of a new delivery vehicle - so someone else will go w/out on their brand new motor!! :0(

            I had misplaced the pliers out of my 120 tool kit, just recently found them and clipped them into the 150

                Well I guess you don't really need a spark plug spanner for a diesel!!
                Blue Storm 150 D4D GXL, Toyota Tow Bar, Cheepo floor mats, Tough Dog Springs & Shocks, Colour Coded TJM T13 steel bar, KingOne winch with rope, GME 3440 80 channel uhf. Not allowed to make hole for snorkel - yet..

                  Yeah, I've heard a few state that the 150 needs a fire extinguisher.
