Wiring CLamp on Upside of Glove Box

Hi,

just a little question, as many of you have modded their Prados:

The Cable for the Glove box light is fixed at the LED Lamp and another time with a strange clamp/clip. It is a Plastic clip, cable tied to it, and inside the plastic clip there its a metal "spring"

How to release it?

And how to release the LED Lamp?

Its the same at the foot lamps...
