I have been a member for about 7 months now. (not that many posts)
I have read numerous posts, for laughs, for guidance, for DYI instructions & for shoping help,
& just to see how much some of you guys (& Gal's) spend on your belovered Prado's
In MY MIND I'm now stone broke, not a cent left in any account,
but I still have my NEW baby arriving next month (hopefully)

I have had 4x4's before, 75 & 100 series in my past but with 3 kids & universities things have
been quiet for about 8 years.
Now I'm residing in WA (3 years now) Kid Free & getting back into 4x4ing with a new PRADO.

I have no idea of where & whom with maybe the best place to start shopping in WA.
I am North of the river & some help before I just scan the Yellow pages.

I would like some help in some locations where to start looking at getting the best prices
for some straight up mods (In the 1st month).

CAR - New Blue Storm GX D4D Auto
Main choise 1st (second option)

NEW WHEELS - Speedy Avalanch or (GXL Rims if possible)
TYRES - BFG AT's or maybe (bridgestone desert dueler 694LT's)
New ARB Delux winch Bullbar
OME Medium Suspension with rear Air Bags - towing 1000kg's- 120kg Ball weight
Duel Battery Setup - 2 Extra Rear outlets - Fridge & Inverter
New Fridge - Engel 45 lt or (ARB)
New General Recovery gear & Maxtrax

This is the start to go & test & then refine for major far northern trip later.

Nah we are south of the river verman. Managing to steal it off the wife tomorrow to get the window tint done up in Osborne park, so keep an eye out for it!

I used them for our last car and they did a great job. Couldn't get them to come to the party price wise this time though, so we are going through ARB in Canning Vale.

I would also suggest going to the 4WD & Adventure show which is coming up in November. You can generally get some good show specials but do your home work first to make sure that they really are good specials.

I want to trade my wheels & tyres if I can & if the price is right, or sell them privately.
Went to 1 Bob Janes & they said Bob janes don't trade.
Is there a market for 5 new GX wheels & std tyres with only the km's from dealer to tyre place ??

I tried quite a few tyre places around Perth and didn't have any joy in being able to trade in the factory tyres for a reasonable price and change over to BFGs. We decided to leave the tyres as they are for the moment and put our money into other things for the car.

Also, for the best service I have ever had when purchasing 4x4 gear, go and see Aaron at Coastal 4x4 in Jandakot.. He will also look after you and you don't have to drop my name for his quality service

I can also recommend Coastal 4x4 for great service. TJM in O'Connor are also good.
