Correct jan build, feb delivery about 3-5k extra, the problem with this model is it will be much the same as a GXL price so for anyone buying fleet the price will be 2-3k dearer as the discount will not be as much.Rob

Folks not to rain on your parade, other then conversation with some dealers and one person on the planet having ordered one. Where are you all getting this information from about the Altitude being in production currently. We are still waiting for our November build GXL to be made and delivered so I find it hard to see how they are building an update before they are clearing back orders.
Surely existing orders would be cancelled and new ones placed on this alleged Altitude (not disputing it exist) but from a business perspective it would not make sense to release an update with so many unfulfilled current orders out there as a result of a plant and parts availability issue that rose from the recent Thailand floods.
Can someone please post a link to a site that outlines all this "confirmed" information as some on here are getting 6 to 8 months for a GXL when ordered and these new specs seem to be 4-8 weeks away. It just does not make sense.

I was looking today at the GXL, and no-one mentioned the Altitude model, but I can guarantee I will be asking tomorrow as the single disc cd player in the GXL is not really an option after a 6 stack CD in the 120... and the wife pointed that out!!!Graphite 150 series "Altitude" - MT ATZ 4-rib ATZ, ARB Delux winch bar, Magnum 9000lb winch, ARB CKMA12 air compressor(with tray) dual battery, LF 240 HID, Waeco 80L fridge, OL 45 lt fridge, ARB Roof Rack and space case, GME 3450 UHF, OME Shocks and Springs, ARB awning, BRC quad diff breather, TG150 gaurd, AMTS bash plates and a wishlist!!

I got my original info from this thread, then i contacted several dealers in Perth who gave me pretty much the same information on specs, build date & delivery date. The only thing conflicting was the Price (Morley Toyota said the RRP was $5K more then the GXL on Road and City Toyota said it was $3k more then the GXL on Road....I went with City Toyota at the end of the day)
But if you find it hard to believe Give Nathan a call from City Toyota Perth and he will go through it with you!! Bargain if you ask me..
