I can conform that 150 SX (SWB) has cool air coming into centre console but only when A/C is on.
The SX has similar specs to GXL.
The centre console box has a circular knob about 60mm diameter that can be rotated to turn cool air on or off.
It felt like it was same temp air as from A/C, so there may be a duct.
Does the 150 GX model have this ?

The cooler in my 150 is too cold, it starts freezing the cold drinks in an hour. Any idea how to adjust the temperature?

        Ummm Drink Faster?

Sorry, not sure how to adjust. The 120 Grande has no adjustment, and I'm unsure if there is a thermostat at the fan coil unit in the console that can be adjusted either. Perhaps toyodiy.com might show something? Is the fan running at full speed to keep the airflow up?

          saskia,
I had the same problem on my kakadu. Froze the beer within the hour. ( Not such a bad thing if you remember to take out). Fuze blew and looked to replace. End up being in place where you need to take box out. Dealer done at service and adjusted setting. Not sure how. Now cools ok without freezing.
