  • ARB Battery tray and Compressor

Called into a Melbourne ARB store the other day inquiring about dual battery trays and the guy I spoke to claims that their CKMA air compressor can be fitted to the tray.

Has anyone done or heard of this? Any photos?

    Thanks......

That's one way I guess:-) I was interested as to whether it would actually fit as there doesn't seem to be much room in the 150 D4D with the tray and battery installed from the pictures I have seen here......

definitely not enough room to mount both the battery and the compressor on the tray.

Spoke to ARB again today and it would seem that the compressor can be attached to the battery tray on a Hilux, but not the 150 Prado.

Doe's anyone have the ARB compressor mounted under the bonnet?

              Hi Ryzz,

I am not picking up the 150 until next month. It is still on the boat so it is a bit difficult for me to have a look at that area.
Would you happen to have a photo of the compressor installed that you could email me please? I will PM you my email.....
              Thanks....

Good one Barry I've been eyeing off that spot for the same purpose. I'd recommend that placement Ryzz as the body is obviously designed to support something there... buggered if I know what. Anyone got any ideas? Might be air for poshpack suspension?
