I just checked and I paid $810 to get the factory warranty extended to 4 years / 200,000ks. Wasn't so much the years but the kms for me. I am racking up 45k / year minimum so wanted to stay covered.

I'm pretty sure it's genuine, I had the option of getting extended warrantly through the novated lease company but Toyota gave me a pamphlet with a toyota logo on it and wrote $810 on the 12 month / 100,000 option.
