I am looking at selling my 2012 Altitude diesel. I looked on carsales but the only one available is a new petrol. Has anyone sold theirs yet or anyone have advice on what I would get for it? Has about 12,000km on the clock.

To me there was only small change between the price of an Altitude and the VX price new when I got mine in May 12. the difference come down to KDSS for me but also everyone had altitudes in stock.. it was the waitlist of 3months + for a VX.[B]2012 - 150 VX[/B]Comment

But Redbook doesn't buy cars; at least that's the argument I had thrown at me when trading in my 90. It will give you an idea but without many other real examples to choose from it's harder for buyers to assess the relative value.
Hypo, you haven't said where you are located. This can affect resale values too, especially if buyers have to travel long distances to get to you.Comment

I'm not sure if this is the same one you mentioned in your original post but since it does have some K's on it can't really be called new. Factor in the extra loading a dealer puts on the car and less K's on the clock than yours and you should be able to come up with a value.
