Fixed price servicing

I got my 50,000km fixed price servicing ($210) done today, not at my normal Toyota dealership and are a bit skeptical of what was done but not sure if what they suggested should need doing.
1. The steering fluid found to be burnt and contaminated, power steering flush needs to be done.
2. Transfer oil dirty
3. AC needs to be cleaned and disinfected
They charged me an extra $35 for an oil change which I wasn't aware of.

I didn't get these done as the wanted another $250 for it to be done, and I'd rather give it to my local dealership which will have to be next week.

Does this sound right

The 'Fixed Price Service' for my 120 was $250.00. If your dealer has discounted this to $210.00 that's great. I have just come out of that along with my three year warranty and all services where never more than $250.00 (I got a slightly better deal as I used to work for them) irrespective of what they had to do.

I believe the 'Fixed Price Service' covers the services as per the log book in your glove box. Anything outside of that I'm not sure. I'd be asking why, if it's burnt and contaminated, have they not suggested the cause of this. I'm almost at 100k and haven't had any problems.
