    G'day guys and gals,

    Stupid question time:
If I was able to get the parts to install the centre cool box into an Altitude, how hard do you think it would be?
I have a mate who is a Toyota mechanic that would be willing to do the work, but as he has never done one before, he is not sure what is involved.

Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated.

If it is like anything on the 120, then there are pipes and compressors to fit in. So if you can get one, best that you rip out everything associated with it first.

There is an old post somewhere about doing this to a 120. I dont think it is possible as the A/C system is completely different in the Grande/ Kak.Could be wrong though. This feature was one of my favourites in my old 120.
150 Vx D4D, Deluxe Arb bar, winch, Hayman Reece Towbar, UBP, P3 Tekonsha, 'n stuff.
"When cooking on a camp fire it must be cool enough to cook on so it needs to burn down to coals, at least in parts. It is customary to drink beer while waiting for the fire to cool down.
I recommend starting with a very big fire"-Vince.
