Transfer and diff oil spec GXL 150

Talk about confusion

Can anyone help me out with the correct oils for the diffs and transfer
Owners manual just says use Toyota ?

Any help would be great

Have you tried one of the lune finder function on a castrol/shell/valvoline etc site?.
