Bolted one of my extra GXL wheels on the trailer to see how much tyre was exposed. Too much, some pinchweld needed. So the big question, for those of you who are running factory alloys on the trailer, do you have M12 studs on the trailer hubs or 1/2" flange nuts for the wheels? Former seem hard to get while the only 1/2" flange nuts I have found are for Ford so not sure if the wheel and nut diameters work out.My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Finished fitting up the catch can, genuine Provent 200.
Pretty simple, just spaced it of the side guard to allow cables to run behind it and allow a bit of extra space around the air cleaner. The only real painful bit was the hose size, being 5/8 it's quite a large diameter and had to source from a hydraulic place. The hose I have used is oil resistant and $35 buck per meter, I wasn't going to risk using heater hose like some installs I have seen in the past.
If any one has any neater ideas reducing the hose size from the Provent (about 1 inch) to the PCV I would be happy to hear them.

Pug I found some hose that fitted on the Toyota bits and fitted tight inside the Provent stubs. Then used heat shrink over both the hose and stubs. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Edit, couldn't wait. Just took the connectors off, the blue hose fits very snug inside the Provent. I'll grab some heat shrink to or row and finish it off. Thanks again, great idea.Last edited by Pugaree; 15-09-2014, 09:06 PM.

Today I popped some 3M 8681 protective tape on my painted ARB bullbar - this stuff is the goods, can't see it, but protects against stone chips and is replaceable. Also fitted the ARB LED replacement lights - these are great, the units are very high quality, very well sealed - particularly interesting to see how crappy the original non-LED units are!
Whilst I was squirelling around in that area, I came across some plugs/sockets - maybe someone can tell me what they are?
First one (relatively lightweight wiring) - behind left front indicator.
Second one - behind right hand indicator. Note the crap ARB splicing job on the fog lights! Will fix that soon!
