Just finished installing oil catch can and fuel manager ,she's running sweet, now I can have a beer. @ shonky mate can you tell me the hole is 105 mm. not the 89 mm x2 oval on your snorkle? Been looking for a round one , all I can find is an oval shape hole now.

Removed the 2nd row of seats to allow planning for some extra storage for a trip to WA in a few months and looks like there will be some very usable room. Now to plan and make a false floor to sit under the cargo barrier. I was amazed how heavy the seats were compared to the third row that were removed years ago.

A vigorous wash early in the morning and then a gentle polish with Meguiar's. Used a new micro fibre cloth that polished very nicely after removing excess product using old school cotton towel. Then greased the drive line and sway bar links. Applied tyre shine to rubber and inner guards......After lunch detailed the interior with a vacuum and some leather conditioner. Finally hit the windows with a glass cleaner and admired my work. Check the oil levels and had a look at the air filter and almost died. Whip down town and got a new one and clipped her in place. Ready for the wife to hoon around town. Cheers

Gave the Prado the once over maintenance check, oils, filters, batteries ect. for a quick trip to Nth Straddie next week.
Also went thru the recovery gear, just in case & made sure compressor & components were all OK.
Oh, and decided to do the 5 rubber rotation, 65k BFG's & still going very strong.

Got transmission serviced which Toyota tell me is sealed for life
Also fitted a trans cooler

Took it to the panel shop for a quote, seems I need a new door :-(. I'm assuming a new door will be more than my excess as the panel beater said it's an insurance job.

Washed it and then realised I've bent the 4mm bash plate in mud. Go figure.
