What did you do to your 150 today?

Got my EGR plate fitted today, took a while, although I probably spent a hour of that hunting around for spanners and sockets that fit properly. Ratchet spanners are a godsend, as are socket extension bars that allow some angle of the socket. I even had time to pressure wash the car before it got dark.

I managed to drop the very last bolt when doing everything back up and lost it somewhere in/under the car. Was the small bolt in the inlet pipe that holds the vaccuum hose by the battery. Lucky it is M6 and I had a spare.

I was surprised by the amount of crud in the inlet with only 26000km on the clock.

Now that it's in the driveway I've been doing a bit of shopping gotta get it up to the same spec as our FJ was before we head off for six weeks in mid-July... 9" led driving lights, flat roof rack, dual battery tray, floor mats, seat covers, Redarc towpro and BCDC battery management system all arriving in the next few weeks with any luck. The prado already has the ktfr-101h springs fitted on the front I'll see how they go with the dual batteries and bullbar might have to swap them out for the HD's. Also might have to start a build thread.

These springs are one of the options I am looking at for my front. I assume yours are good without the batteries? I will have bar and batteries installed as well, not looking for massive lift, 2" max.

Yep fine at the moment, I'll see how it goes with the dual batteries. Also thinking about a winch now that I don't have a locker anymore, so that might make the decision for me.

Lost the rear number plate somewhere between Wilcannia and Menindee. Also the reversing camera. Corrugations got too much for the plate holder on my dual wheel carrier.. Bad design, metal fatigue.

It's cold and dark outside so I only measured the front passenger side. 773mm.

Mine fell off as well. By luck we happened to stop at the time and I saw the plate hanging by the wire. Zip tied the plate to the wheel. MCC sent a new design to me at no charge, but haven't tried it yet. The zip ties are hanging in there

new tyres fitted, installed coilrite air bags in the rear and had a major service done and changed all oils and gave it a good cleaning!

Made a new wiring loom for my light bar and rewired it as I was never happy with the loom that came with the bar.
