What did you do to your 150 today?

Was hoping to see a particular 150 appear in here. Recently did a kenwood headunit install into a nicely kitted out 150. Dual battery, remote head UHF, Rhino Rack Backbone and a whole host of other goodies.

If you recently had a new headunit fitted in Bayswater Victoria...show off your rig mate, it's nicely done. It's a perfect set-up for touring and medium duty off-road capability. Not overloaded with gear but definitely well thought out and money spent where it's needed most.

first impressions driving it home.
Expressway - great ride better than the stock suspension
Streets off the expressway Sh!t roads around here
looking for the potholes.... Oh did I miss it
very nice so far
out on the tracks will be the test but on road very nice
I went for the softer setup feels firmer that stock but seem to soak up bumps much better

Replacement upper control arm ball joints ordered ready for install on Friday

I put the same tires on my new Prado GXL a fortnight ago, drove it straight from the dealers to the tyre fitters. Had it out for the first time last Saturday up in the Newnes SF near Lithgow in very sh!tty weather. New to modern 4x4ing as my last off-roader was owned more than 30 years ago. Tyres and Prado both did well

Made this simple modification to my towball cap so I can align it in the reversing camera when backing onto the van.

Took it down to the powdercoater to get it's new rims done. $85 per rim plus GST, not bad. Asked about getting the bar re-done and it's only $300, tempting. Now to start shopping around for tyre prices again.

Installed Pirhana dual battery tray (what a prick of a design) and cut out false floor for my fridge box/slide. Also started to tech screw some stand-off down pipe brackets to my awning brackets but snapped the first one off as the steel is a bit thick, dark now so I'll have another crack tomorrow.

New suspension is great..
One issue was getting back in the seat once the wife had a drive.
ended up X2 how well it works.
found a great spot for lunch.
