Hi Migaloo, im interested doing the fog light thing in my gx. Was it difficult to wire them up and is there an existing wirring loom to do it with ? Would it be possible to use them as daytime running lights ?Originally posted by MIGALOO_GX View PostInstalled GXL fog lights into my GX, looks tops! HID's & Snorkel this week is next....

Hi ash56!
The way I installed them was very easy, I just tapped into the low beam driving lights on each side. There is exisiting looms but they don't work unless you buy the indicator stalk that has the fog light swtich on it $300+++ I haven't wired a swtich at all....Naughty I know! But looks great! I cut the existing looms so that I plugged them into the fog lights then wiresd them from the cut loom wire then into the low beams. So far no issues. Just illegal as need a swtich apparentey. Will post photos soon! Looks great!!! Cheers

Unfortunately the old pushy hasn't been getting to love it needs lately, a knee injury has kept me away from anything too extreme (fun). Love the hardtail, I think it makes you a better rider, not to mention a bit more fun chucking them around. I wouldn't mind one of the new giant trance in the matt black with blue though, it is a hot looking bike.[LEFT]Silver 150 Facelift

That is a nice looking santacruz, a weapon for sure! I wanted a santacruz when I was riding in my younger days, either that or a craftworks, don't see those around any more though.Originally posted by mjrandom View Post[LEFT]Silver 150 Facelift
