Removing front and rear door trims

Can anyone give me a hint on how to remove the front and rear door trims to get at the speakers?

I can't work it out for the life of me and can't seem to find a thread that has discussed it for a 150.

Thanks AMTS, but thats not real clear and I cant seem to find the screws spoken of in the thread. Has anyone done this first hand on a GX or GXL?
