tyre pressures in 2013 vx 150 series

Interested to know what other owners run in their Dunlop Grandtreck AT22 18 inch wheels the manual says 200 in the front and 220 in the back, seems a little soft at times especially when you are driving over concrete roads and you hit the joints.
I will be towing a new goldstream camper trailer soon which is about 1.3 tons loaded and would like to know what other owners bump their rear tyres up for towing.

36 psi (~250 kpa) around town not towing using the 4 psi rule (on here somewhere or just Google it).
