Kynetic suspension problems

Does anyone know of problems with the Kakadu Kynetic suspension light staying on.
My friend has a problem with hers now out of warranty, dealer has charged $2000 so far and still stays on.
It's a "soccer mum's car" never seen off road (what a waste).

Only info I got from her was one day the light came on and she took it back to the dealer to sort out.
So far charged $2000 and still warning light on.
Also can you adjust the headlights up and down like the GX, cant find a similar knob.
