Keyless lock & unlock has become temperamental

Keyless unlock and lock via button on rear door or touching of front door handles, has all of a sudden become temperamental
Car is 3 years and 2 months old - Works sometimes, not others
Anyone else had issues with this
Is there a sensor or something which may be dirty or require some attention

Mate, Time to change the batteries in your remotes.....

Then see if it still plays up.....

Yeah, try the battery swap first. There's instuctions in the Owner's Manual on how to do it, it's easy.

Yeah mate. Had the same problem replaced the battery approx. $6. Problem fixed.

whole system is run by a computer of sorts

Make sure your iPhone is not in your pocket with your keys. The iPhone will stop the remote working

Replaced battery 6 months ago and all good until last week or two
I do carry my iPhone on belt on same side as keys in pocket, I will try to separate more and see how that goes.
Will try that for a few days and advise any change

Was the iphone and keys in one pocket that caused grief for me too.
