Engine Light Combo

Hi guys,

I've just made the trek from Melbourne up to Cape York and am in a remote caravan park near Seisia. My friends 150 D4D Auto has sprung some engine lights:

Flashing - 4LO
Constant - Engine light
Constant - Stability Control Light
(See attached picture)


My question is... Does anyone know what causes this combination or do I need to wander around the park looking for a scangauge, and is it safe to drive back to Melbourne.
