Depends on what the service history is like and what the previous owner(s) treated it like.
So many factors that can't really be decided on without looking at it.
The question you have to ask yourself is 'Can I trust this car?'
How many sets of injectors has it had? Gives hope for other D4D owners and engine long life. I also notice they have a few others for sale with high 200 - 300km .
New 2015 150s GX 5 seater with floor mats, towbar and a big wish list
Previously a 2004 120s 1KZ GX silver manual with stuff
before that a 1996 RV6 90S with lots of gear
It is obviously from some resource sector company. Again depends on service history and who did it. If in the mining industry did it ever go underground? Others, was it highway Kms or lots of offroad stretches.
The Utes where I work get serviced every 5000km and never go over 40 km/hr. So no stress on the engines but they never run hot, some still under 40000 km at 3+ years old. Interiors filthy.
A comprehensive check into all of it and history and you might have a great buy.
Might want to get a few things done ASAP if purchased as in wheel bearing, bushes etc, to know they are all good
Also I guess it depends on how good mechanically you are?
Probably more confused now

Not for me, but was looking to buy through these guys at one stage. A lot of there cars are ex company cars/mining. But most mining or even rentals wouldn't keep a car this long with those kms surly? It be intresting to see its service history that's for sure. Could be a great buy for someone thou. Looks clean, but you can role a turd in glitter I suppose!!!
Could have been a railway chase vehicle, lots of easy Km and serviced regularly, have serviced one before like this, they auctioned it at 14 months old with 240K on it still in almost perfect condition.

What is a "railway chase vehicle"?
155 SX with dual battery and Polyairs in the rear springs..
They drive on the train tracks, they have special wheels on the front and back that go down on the rails! Usually used as a service car for the tracks.

Wow. If they do 240K in 14 months that is nearly 600 km a day every day, seven days a week.
That seems a lot.

that was cheap, i tried to buy one like that at an auction with 325K on the clock 16mths old and it still got $32k (but that's when you couldn't get a Prado because of the Tsunami)
didnt last long it was sold when i looked at 4pm yesterday
would have had a permanently deep arse print in the drivers seat though !!
